1. Deposit Policy:

A $20 deposit is required to schedule an appointment.

The deposit is non-refundable if the appointment is canceled within 24 hours of your scheduled time.

Cancellations or changes must be made by calling or texting 443-985-9067. Online cancellations are not accepted.

Deposits can be made via Cash App ($Ammynwa) or PayPal. For PayPal payments, the deposit must be $21 to cover the PayPal fee.

The remaining balance must be paid in cash.

If you are more than 10 minutes late, your deposit will expire, and your appointment may be canceled. Please arrive on time.

2. Hair Condition:

Notify us if your hair is shorter than 4 inches or has any damage, as additional charges may apply.

3. Walk-Ins:

Walk-ins are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis, with the last appointment or walk-in taken at 6 PM.

4. Time and Quality:

Good hairstyles take time. Please avoid rushing or pressuring the stylist.

5. Referral Discount:

Refer a new customer and receive a 10% discount on your next appointment once they book and complete a service. all the discounts only applies on a hairstyles starting from $100

6. Children:

Customers bringing children are responsible for their care and supervision. We do not take responsibility for any child.

7. Conduct:

Disputes or abusive language among customers or directed at staff will not be tolerated.

8. Appointment Confirmation:

If you book an appointment and do not receive a confirmation text before your scheduled date and time, do not come to the shop. Please call us to confirm.

9. Guests:

Do not bring additional people to your appointment unless previously approved.

10. Services and Fees:

Adjustments: Adjustments to your hairstyle can only be made within 2 days after your appointment.

Takedown Services: Starting at $50.

Ombre Hairstyles: An additional charge of $15 applies.

Wash and Blow-Dry: Starting at $20.
